Services

Meliodus Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, operating as Focx Enterprises, provides cutting-edge web development, SaaS solutions, and related services. The scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a mutually agreed-upon proposal or agreement.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Prices for services and products are listed in Indian and US Currency and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payments must be completed in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

Intellectual Property

• All deliverables, including code, designs, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of Meliodus Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited until full payment is received.
• Upon payment completion, ownership rights will transfer as per the agreement terms.

Limitation of Liability

Meliodus Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, operating as Focx Enterprises, is not liable for:

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kolkata.
