Full refunds are applicable for cancellations made before
project initiation.

For cancellations requested after project initiation, partial
refunds may be considered based on the proportion of work
completed.

Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be
issued.

We aim to deliver a seamless instant refund experience by
processing eligible refunds almost immediately. However,
crediting the amount to your bank account may take up to 10
working days through Razorpay. This approach ensures a smoother
user journey while reinforcing trust and reliability in our
services.
Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify us via email at support@focx.org at least 3 days before requesting cancellation.

If cancellation is requested after project initiation, we will
evaluate and communicate any applicable refunds based on the
work completed and resources allocated.
Payment Disputes
If you have concerns or disputes regarding payments, please contact
us directly at support@focx.org before raising a dispute with Razorpay.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any
disputes arising from these policies shall be resolved in the courts
of Kolkata.
